provides the following pages of Legal information for client access and use.
As we provide professional website design, site upkeep, provision of third party applications, and ultrafast
hosting services, we expect all Customers to operate their web site
within the terms of our published Master Service Agreement (MSA) which addresses
the legal nature of our business service offerings and encompases:
Acceptible Use Policies (AUP), Service Level Aaddendum (SLA) and protective Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Complete the three part
agreement if you wish to obtain any of our web design, web maintainance and/or web hosting services.
Your "Vendor" provides one of the best (SLA) Service Level Addendum in the industry.
Your "Vendor" believes in protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your proprietary information
and expect the same mutual respect for the proprietary nature of the professional services provided. Thus,
we start every new Customer relationship with the completion of the four-step (4) level legal agreement.
If you do not agree with any component, you may opt out of the agreement and choose not to do business with this
"Vendor".

This agreement covers the terms under which this "Vendor" will partner with your business.
Completing this agreement does not obligate you to any order or product or service fee. Only when you place
a subsequent order with us will you be invoiced for services.
